I make an honest living through door dash. I've never had a problem eating here as a customer. My only complaint is that I walked in being nice to pick up . The order wasn't ready. I was happy to be able to sit down and relax and let them do their thing without me standing there and making them feel pressured. If I didnt hear her call me for my order thats one thing but you never know what someone is feeling or facing . So if I didnt do my part with being on point with my listening thats one thing. If I were the worker seeing that its always dead in there I would just go the extra mile to walk it over and let them know everything is in the bag. But they don't and thats ok everyone was raised differently and lack manners. I will have to simply give grace. Another thing is for us door dashes we must verify everything and take pics of the receipt. The bag is always stapled shut and they never put the receipt on the side of the bag. Thats ok it is what it is but I am going to stand there with awareness that no one is in the store I don't wanna be in anyone's way and I am going to go the extra mile to make sure everything is in there. I was already feeling shy to ask if everything is r

It was completely by happenstance that we turned into this place. Our family was doing a little Saturday night "dinner hop," and we originally planned to stop at a bibimbap spot. But as we drove by, the sign caught our eye and my husband and synched up in harmony, "Poké Bros -- Hey, we haven't been here in a really long time!" So kudos to their signage being clearly visible from Golf Rd, because as foodies... that absolutely matters. When we walked in, it was already past 7:30 PM and the restaurant was empty. And not to pat ourselves on the back, but there's something in Asian culture about having "good food juju" -- meaning if you love food and love eating, you will draw in crowds after you walk in. My husband and I are both born under the Pig sign (take that however you want ), and I swear that within 10 minutes of us ordering, three different groups walked in and the place filled up to about 70% capacity. This is not the first time this has happened to us over the years, so yes... we're a little proud. Our kids are foodies too, so if you ever see our family in your restaurant, likely more foot traffic is coming your way. So the ambiance here is fun and casual, with a Hawaiian

I changed it to one star because I didn't get a response. At around 7:29 PM on October 18th, I ordered Mix Poke and paid with my credit card, but an error message appeared twice. As a result, I informed the female staff member that I was unable to pay with my card and left the store. However, USD 16.24 has been deducted from my VISA card. I have not received the meal. Please check the machine and cancel the payment. I look forward to your reply.

I get less and less food the more I come here. Is there a rice shortage? I’m literally eating toppings. This is literally the worst location for this franchise. It’s closer than all the others to me, but it’s worth taking extra time and driving to the other locations. For reference, this isn’t my 2nd or third time coming here. This is like my 20th or 25th time because I liked the food. Filled up my punch card and used it multiple times as a result. At first I was like, portions change it happens, but they’ve never been this bad. Look at other pictures in the comments for comparison. I’m over it. Edit: Thank you for your comment, Poke Bros. Woodfield. 1 star well earned. If you’re puzzled why it wasn’t addressed in the store it’s because I ordered at the kiosk, my food was bagged to go, and I didn’t open my bag until I got home. Start a 20-30 minute round trip to get more rice or post a review? It’s not a hard decision. I’m puzzled as to why you as the business owner wouldn’t make that information readily available to customers, so that they can decide which amount they want. With that kind of forethought on your part, this issue could have easily been addressed in the store vs i
